A seven-axis wood door profile milling, drilling, and sawing robot system was designed and installed for an Estonian client in 2021. The robot head is equipped with two types of drills, a milling machine, a saw, and an aspiration system. Additionally, beneath the feeding system, a return material removal system is installed, ensuring the work area remains as clean as possible. Capacity of the machine is 60 machined parts per hour. Blanks are automatically fed from the unloading cassette to the loading cassette and are also automatically securely fixed during processing. The length of the blanks to be processed ranges from 590 mm to 2100 mm.
