Wooden board chamfering equipment was designed and installed for an Estonian customer in 2021. This machine is compact (2200x1600x1200 mm), has few moving parts, and is equipped with a special PlaneCut cutting technology that allows for very clean cuts. Depending on the configuration, the machine can process both horizontal and vertical edges in a single pass. The equipment can process up to 15 boards per minute with infeed board widths ranging from 42 mm to 140 mm, lengths from 350 mm to 850 mm, and a thickness of 22 mm for the planing function. If only sawing is required, the thickness can range from 15 mm to 42 mm.
