See an example of an implemented project With the help of a milling robot, it is possible to install simple and flexible milling equipment for different (2D, 3D, 5D) surfaces in an optimal production area. The milling robot solution can include the treatment of surfaces of various materials, processing of fine details, and processing of large parts (3500 mm x 3500 mm x 2500 mm) in 5 synchronous axes. The basic completing unit includes a milling robot with a milling motor and a security fencing, but such a system can be equipped with a high precision robot, 8kW milling motor with automatic tool changer, tool changer for 100 and more tools, CAD/CAM software for efficient work and collision control, and one or multiple axis positioning tables for rotation of the item during processing.

The basic completing unit includes: welding robot with semi-automatic and robotic welding burner and control module with touch screen as well as security fencing.
