The palletizing line with a total area occupied by equipment of 98m2, that is designed to move cardboard boxes on the pallets, with automatic placement on the line and palleting of boxes of different size, length up to 2.1m and weight up to 100kg, with a rate of loading of up to 15 cycles per minute and accuracy of +/- 2 mm. The solution is designed for 40 000 hours without idle.

The palletizing line is designed to pack different products – in this case, cardboard boxes with solid wood furniture. This line allows efficiently using each premise, does not cause damage to the product and performs accurately in the morning, during the day and in the evening. Robots move almost anything with the ease and precision. Currently, we are developing an automated line for packing food acid bags, wood pellets and briquettes, which saves not only labor costs but also requires by 30% less space than non-robotized solutions, which is a critical factor at some factories.
